What is Baptism?
After acknowledging that Jesus is your Savior and choosing to follow Him, the next step in your faith is to be baptized. Baptism is declaring that you are ready to follow Jesus by being immersed in water, but it is also much more than that. Once you come out of that water, your soul is made new.
Why should I be Baptized?
The main answer to this question is…The Bible tells us to!
Matthew 28:19 says:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”
